It seems to me since she was on a committee for patient safety she would have a broader base for looking at patient charts however, it says the three were employees of the hospital but doesn’t say why they were there. Then another nurse reports her for looking at said charts a little curious about that because it’s not explained how or why the nurse noticed who’s chart she was looking into. A lot going on here that doesn’t make sense. Wishing her much luck.

Hope to hear how this turns out. Want to know her side of what happened. Is this a whistle blowing defense?
This is a problem in so many health facilities, whether it’s a hospital or medical practice. When corporate greed is controlling medical care, staffing that ensures quality care for patients suffers. This is one of the reasons that nurses leave their jobs. For those of us who got into nursing to ensure good care for patients, it becomes a daily concern that we could make a mistake causing harm to our charges, due to inadequate staffing. When these concerns fall on deaf ears, respect for management and administration disappears, that beloved job becomes so stressful for the nurse and patients are placed in jeopardy.
