Dutchness is a cultural and societal artefact which followed, and profited from, publicity to international financial relations. It also profited from successive growth of European treaties and governmental establishments. The argument subsequently is that extension and provincialization are interdependent, every possibly focussed on completely different institutional domains. For these are sub-techniques able to relative practical autonomy.
